We work hard to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition, but if something goes wrong — we’re here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged

The product is defective

You receive the wrong item
If your order meets one of the conditions above, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
To start a return, please contact us at support@furlimora.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include photos of the damaged/defective item for faster processing.
Returns for reasons such as changing your mind, no longer wanting the item, or ordering the wrong size/color are not accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
If a return is approved:

Items must be in the original packaging

Items must be shipped using the return label we provide
(items sent back without approval will not be accepted)
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

Filters and related consumables

Any item that has been visibly used or altered
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon arrival.
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can correct the issue as quickly as possible.
We may request photos or videos to verify the problem and speed up resolution.
